I'm a self-taught cross stitcher and have been stitching for about 30 years, off and on. I started with stamped cross stitch when I was still in grade school, or maybe middle school, then went on to needlepoint on painted canvas, then plastic canvas which is where I learned to follow a pattern.
I'm a Pagan, a solitary Wiccan, but that's going to be a whole different blog.
I'm a nurse (LPN) and work full time (and then some!) I'm also about to be a part time student working toward my BSN. That may become another blog too.
Still not doing any stitching or kitting up, but I sure am buying stuff! Wal-Mart is getting rid of all their cross stitch stuff -- they've started marking it down -- so I'm working on buying them out.
